Massage Appointment Cancellation Policy
Deposit to Book
A $75 deposit is required to reserve your appointment.
This deposit is nonrefundable and will be applied to your service total at checkout.
Payment
Full payment is due at the time of your appointment.
Your $75 deposit will be credited toward the remaining balance.
Cancellations & No‑Shows
No‑Show or Late Cancellation (within 48 hours): Your $75 deposit is forfeited and will not be refunded or credited.
48+ Hours’ Notice: You won’t be charged the remaining balance. (The $75 deposit remains nonrefundable.)
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may shorten your session time to avoid impacting the next client. The full session fee still applies.

Please call/text or email as soon as possible.
Messages received outside business hours are timestamped as of the next business day.
Illness & Emergencies
If you’re ill or experiencing symptoms, please contact us promptly. We may waive penalties at our discretion for documented emergencies.

Ingredients
All our products are made with a blend of Sweet Almond Oil and Amaranth Oil as well as pure essential oils.
Refund policy
Refunds are only available if you experience an adverse skin reaction to one of our products. If this happens:
Stop using the product immediately.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the reaction, and photos if possible.
Once reviewed, we will process a refund or exchange.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.
What makes Golden Awen products different?
Our skincare is handcrafted in small batches using high-quality natural ingredients such as almond oil, amaranth oil, and pure essential oils. Each product is designed to nourish, hydrate, and support your skin’s natural glow—without unnecessary fillers or synthetic additives.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our formulas are gentle and free from harsh chemicals, but everyone’s skin is unique. We recommend performing a small patch test before first use, especially if you have allergies or sensitivities.
How should I store my products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Because we use natural ingredients, some separation may occur—simply shake or stir before use.
Do you test on animals?
Never. Our products are cruelty-free.
How long do your products last?
When stored properly, most products have a shelf life of 6–12 months. We do not use synthetic preservatives, so it’s best to use them within this time frame for maximum freshness.
Can I use your oils on my face and body?
Yes—our oils are multi-purpose. The face oils are specifically balanced for facial skin, while the body oils are designed for larger areas. Both provide deep hydration without a greasy feel.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand in the future.
